Well done to the Propr ladies who accommodated requests. Excellent location, lovely clean and well furnished apartment. Met all my needs.

The location is good, central and close to the V&A Waterfront , Unit 1204 is Excellent, very well furnished and neat with fantastic views of Table Mountain & Lions Head! The price for a 4 sleeper was also very good and value for money

Keys were not available on time despite me indicating what time I would arrive. I had to wait to get in. Please also note that the "ZAR 810 Cleaning fee per stay is included. "as received with my booking confirmation is only for cleaning upon your departure, not during your stay. This is misleading by the letting agent. In all my years of using booking.com, this is the first time that departure booking cleaning is advertised separately!

The apartment was clean and homely. My family and I had a very comfortable stay.

The fact that there are no blankets in winter . Aircon is the but cannot be kept on the whole night. I would be appreciated if blankets can be consider for cold days

View was good.

The place was not very clean. I've seen cokroges running around. I was charged R920 for cleaning and not once in my 4 day stay was cleaning done. Very Disappointing.
