The unit was spacious and very neat.
- We arrived at the property at approximately 16h00.
- Nobody was aware of our arrival and had to call someone...someone did come and help around 16h20
- Aircon was not working
- No cleaning service

Location, security and the view. Also, the living room is big and makes the stay very lovely. The kitchen also is spacious and the bedroom is quite comfortable.
The management can make a better job in terms of cleanliness. The fan provided for our stay was dirty and caused me Allergies due to the dust.

We like the location of the apartment.
The apartment is spacious
The apartment is clean.
The concierge who booked us in was an unfriendly person. He was 20 minutes late to book us in and he had some or other poor excuse why he was not on time. We had to wait outside the apartment in the cold for him. We could not get hold of PROPR. They do not answer their phone calls and they do not reply on their whatsapp messages straight There was nothing we could do but to wait and hope that the concierge will arrive eventually. It was not a good start to our weekend. The concierge did not know how the lights work and we had to try and figure it out with him. The lights of the apartmend are a problem. They do not come on straight away and if you are lucky you will get one or two lights on in the sitting/kitchen area. The congierge gave us the wifi password but we could not connect on our phones. He promised to come back to us which he did not do.. I used 2GB of my data over the weekend. Eventually PROPR send us the right code when we asked for it on Satuday late afternoon. The geyser worked on Friday night but on Saturday there was no hot water in the apartment until Sunday morning. PROPR promised to send maintananace out but had an excuse later that they could not send someone.. We showered under cold water. The whole experience was not pleasant. Sunday we did not know where to leave the keys... we tried to contact PROPR but with no luck. We had to leave it with the security guard with the hope that we have done the right thing.

We loved the space and light.
The decor and view from the apartment was also very nice.

Host met us with a welcome gift and was very friendly, leadup to stay information good, apartment location excellent, security good, view good
Host misinformed us re cleaning, security on first day was very rude, many items in the unit need attention, blocked drain on upstairs balcony so when the aircon ran the water filled up and dripped onto balcony below. Many globes not working, no instruction on how to use sound system, leak from upstairs balcony onto the lounge carpet. Toilet loose and made a terrible noise when sitting. Missing cutlery. Dirty cutlery in draw on arrival, table in lounge still had coffee cup stains on arrival, even after one cleaning service the dust on vases ect still not cleaned. We found dirt and a boarding pass from months ago under bed.

Needs a fan for the bedroom, becomes very hot in the bedroom. Before I booked, I enquired if smoking was allowed on the balcony when I received guests, which I was advised that it was allowed. I didn’t appreciate a complaint/accusation that someone was smoking in the unit, when no body was, and I was well aware of the rules. The person I dealt with made it sound as though I was lying. I was very upset and annoyed by this which didn’t make my stay as enjoyable as I wanted it to be.

1 . Check in process- the keys at the agent’s office that’s 5km away. not ideal for someone not familiar with Cape Town . They don’t tell you this until you’ve paid .
2. TV isn’t a smart TV and wasn’t working - when I enquired with the agent they said it had YouTuBe (not in my case)

The security at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. The apartment is in a good location with access to V & A Waterfront, De Waterkant and the city centre. The unit was clean and has good kitchen appliances. The bathroom is also neat. A modern unit iverall. Beautiful mountain views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lion's Head.
There was miscommunication on having a concierge bring the key to the apartment building on our arrival. This did not happen an we had to walk after 9pm in the evening to collect the key from a deposit box. The unit door was difficult to close (have reported). It would be a bonus to have cable TV. No kitchen dish clothes in kitchen.

I have been billed for an extra R690 Cleaning fee after it was indicated that the fee was included in my Final fee. For this reason my whole trip was spoiled.

no explicit warning that the bedroom was open plan, misleading pictures when booking, TV but no channels to watch (DSTV), the main couch seating was very tired and uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny.

•I had issues with the TV, i called for assistance and a guy by the name Josh answered, he was not helpful at all, instead he told me to send a message to Bookings.com
• One side of the sliding door did not have a blind
•The sofa was just dirty
