Comfortable stay at a great location

Very comfortable and clean unit. Great location.

The check-in procedure was unpleasant. I waited 60min for someone to show me my unit as the concierge who was supposed to show me my unit left early. The security couldn't open for me because the host did not send my details to them. The AC didn't work.

Keys and service would be good

Location was good

There was no key or anyone to show us the room on arrival. We waited 3 hours for a key, when it arrived it didn't work. The SECURITY let us in after quite a tadoo. Then we couldn't leave because there was no way of getting back in ?!; we were promised a key that NEVER arrived, we had to locate then bribe the security to open for us ! The place was not as clean as it should be.

With TV. I only like watching sports and news. It was Netflix and utube. Please think adults Maybe ask before hand the preference. Again brooms and other cleaning material were in the wardrobe where I am supposed to hang my clothes and there was no space

We received multiple message from the host as ' when are you arriving'. didn't realise there were no formal check in procedures. Door to apartment not working. Apartment itself not up to standard. All taps wobbly, carpet dirty, air conditioner not working, one small soap bottle for whole bathroom. blinds broken. cupboards broken.

Overall our stay was perfect. We would definitely look to come back to this property. Our getaway was extremely peaceful

The amenities of the place was great. We loved the convenience of having a fully fitted kitchen that included cutlery and dishes. Place was neat and the blankets smelled really good. They included basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. Fresh towels were provided including extra pillow covers and blankets. Cleaning supplies were provided to ensure you're able to keep the place tidy.

Handy Andy needed to be provided to clean the bath along with a separate cloth to ensure this gets cleaned properly. The toilet paper holder is slightly broken and the toilet roll kept sliding off the holder. The bath didnt have a bath mat so needed to use a towel to get out of the bath and shower to avoid accidents. The blinds were extremely hard to close. This needed a really strong pull and we were so scared of breaking the top cover of the blinds. Netflix account wasn't on the tv so we had to use our own. -even though it says that this will be provided. A bit concerned that one of the sliding doors doesnt lock especially when heading out or going to sleep.

It’s convenience to the W&A. Comfortable and well secured.

The terrible noise factor from the docks and the container depots. Especially at night. No chance of a restful night as the work at the docks is 24 hours which makes the stay unbearable . Bathroom. No shower curtains. At least some privacy would be appreciated.

It is right by a freeway and the building used poor quality sliding doors and windows so the noise from the freeway is unbearable.

Spacious flat with large comfy beds. Great location for Steam train which departs just below our window!! You guys should link up with Ceres Rail and push this!!Comfy couch and starter coffee, tea, sugar and mini milk in fridge.

Would have preferred self check in with lock box as Prince was held up in traffic for almost an hour. No need for anyone to meet you as he didn’t show us around the flat. Luckily we are a chilled family so had a drink at the restaurant below. No shower in master en-suite- presume owner decided not to put one in where space is. But fine if you are a family as we used other shower.
