The location , neatness space and comfort.
Aircon and TV did not work. Maintenaince team failed to come over to assess & repair over 4 days ! Disappointing

Very comfortable and clean unit. Great location.
The check-in procedure was unpleasant. I waited 60min for someone to show me my unit as the concierge who was supposed to show me my unit left early. The security couldn't open for me because the host did not send my details to them. The AC didn't work.

After presssure to get an exact time of arrival nobody was there to meet me. This ended up with walking around asking hotel and security, which couldn’t help me. I messaged the host and tried to call several times with no reply/ answer. Eventually someone did turn up but no clear instruction of where to meet etc.
The host that arrived told us to abandon our car at the side of the road to come and look at the apartment. He did not help with bags or even offer to. He told us to park car in open gravel car park when we should have access to secure parking. He told us there was no use of the pool but this is why I booked this apartment. Glass bottles left unstable in shower which smashed all over shower floor.
Shower had no pressure did not work at all. Ended up taking off shower head and using it like a hosepipe.tv in bedroom did not work.
We booked 2 apartments as we were hosting for family also. Their apartment tithe air con didn’t work.
No clear instruction of how to make contact with anyone etc
