It wasn't very smooth but that was because I communicated early check-in late but the property managers accommodated my request, which I appreciated.
I didn't like the properties reservation site. It wasn't user friendly.

Very well appointed and attractive space. Great location a ten minute walk from the Waterfront. Well equipped kitchen.
Would have been nice to be asked if we wanted the room serviced during our four night stay.

Location
Tv required me to input my subscription details which was inconvenient as my family was still at home and using it. I expected there to be DSTV. Never got to meet the staff.

Clean and location
They charge for late checking and they requested a security deposit And both the above a hidden charges as if they were openly advertised ,we certainly would have not booked and once booked they refused to cancel My opinion is just be open and fair Give the person a fair choice Don’t have have hidden charges Be more honest and clear when displaying the booking Don’t hide the extra charges
