Very clean and great location.

It’s very small and there is no cutlery.

The property is located centrally located, nearby shops and local sightseeing if the city. It’s safe, security personnel visible as well and help is always available.

The elevator that gave us problems on our last 2 days in the property.

I have never set my fit in that place or see it

No visitors allowed at all that’s bazaar how will you stay where your family or folks can’t come

The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and the CTICC close by. The room is beautifully decorated and neat. When I noted an issue with the toilet they sent someone to fix it the next day.

I didn't specifically check but the unit doesn't have air conditioning and gets very very stuffy as the only windows face west and get a lot of afternoon sun. It isn't possible to get airflow through the unit and as it was such a modern building I was shocked they didn't have air conditioning or better ventilation. I indicated I would be arriving between 2:30 and 3:00 pm which they noted. I arrived at 3:20 due to an accident that delayed my trip from the airport and the room wasn't ready. I had a function at 3:30 and needed to shower and change and the room was only available after 3:30 as it was still being cleaned. I arrived back late one night on my own. When the lift opened at ground there was a very large group of drunk men drinking in the lift. Luckily the other lift arrived very soon after and I could get in there without the situation escalating.
