Very quiet location, on the edge of Bath. Property had gone through modernisation, so kitchen very nice, all bedrooms very nice.
Property needs to finish modernisation, mainly around the garden. We stayed with a group of 7 adults but in reality the property ideally suits a family of upto 6 people, unless the 4th bedroom gets furnished with curtains.

The location was great, an easy 10 minute drive from Bath town centre. The drive allowed for two cars to park. The property was spacious and comfortable.
There was no microwave which would have been useful. And one room had no curtains fortunately we had an eye mask.

The property was spacious and the kitchen relatively well equipped
When we arrived the place had not been cleaned after the last guests. Beds were unmade and there were dirty towels in the bath. The property was difficult to get hold of initially to get the place cleaned but did eventually assist and have the place cleaned. It was a slight inconvenience while the cleaners were around but they did an excellent job and left the place spotless.
The garden is not at all maintained and is unkept with the grass uncut.
There was no extra bedding available like extra pillows and blankets.
