Great location, on the surface great but underneath poorly maintained

Starting with the positives, the property is in a fantastic location, beautifully decorated with lots of space. On arrival it looked beautiful, styled a little like a show house which was very nice.

Sadly we had maintenance problems. Day 1 - the master shower wasn’t working at all, one of the guest showers was not draining so a super quick shower was possible before flooding. I called maintenance and in fairness they came to fix it that morning but they require videos of everything before they will come which is frustrating. Night 2 - the outside temperature dropped and we established that the thermostat was not working despite following the written instructions - again video evidence was required - someone came that night to fix it (it had to be removed from the wall and fixed). Day 2 - the master shower was working but flooded due to blocked drains (see photo). I reported this and was told to go round the flat, find everything wrong/broken so they could fix everything in one go!! I decided to check out a day early (no refund or apology offered). What should have been a relaxing trip turned into 3 maintenance calls due to things which should have been checked / rectified prior to check-in. Also the beds are pretty comfortable, nice sheets but the pillows are way too full and firm.

Centrally located, clean, well equipped.

Beautiful condition, so clean and couldn’t be more central. Amazing equipped and beautiful attention to detail. Plan to return again next year for two big family get togethers. Our new favourite place.

Lovely property, great location, but not pet friendly.

Great central location, lovely kitchen.

On booking this trip the description on the particulars stated it was pet friendly, which was one of our reasons for choosing this property. I was charged £25 extra for cleaning as they said it was an administration or booking.com typo error and that pets were not actually allowed. I did receive a full refund after challenging them. The site has been updated now and it now states pets are definitely not allowed. Also, bring your own hair dryer if you need one, as we couldn’t find any at the property.

Stunning property within bath city with amazing facilities and great hosts!

Thank you for hosting us, we throughly enjoyed our stay! It was honestly perfect it was just the break we needed. Beautiful grade listed building made in to a modern sleek holiday home, wow props to the designers they have done a fantastic job. Super clean and tidy property, just on the door step of Bath city, not too noisy just perfect. We loved spending time in the large lounge area socialising with friends and watching movies on a impressive TV! Communication with host seamless and comfort and convenience overall 10/10 nothing to complain about! We will certainly be returning back to this Gem in the summer!

Amazing property. We stay in Bath a lot and this property blew our expectations. The decor, the space and location are 10/10. The hosts were accommodating and great with us throughout.
