All in all the good points far outweigh any negatives and would definitely return.
The rooms were all very nice and comfortable and exactly as the photos. We were a party of 9 women and we each had a bed of our own. There was a toilet/ shower room on the ground floor, an en-suite for one double bedroom and a bathroom on the top floor. There was a fully equipped kitchen with a large table which we could all sit at comfortably. The Location, situated in the city centre couldn’t have been better and was within walking distance of all the sites, the railway station and car parks. The property was clean apart from the stairs which were dusty which was a shame as the rest of the property was immaculate.
The property is three storey and the living room and kitchen are on different floors, as are the bedrooms so there’s a lot of climbing stairs involved. We were a party of over 60 year olds so it could be a bit challenging going up and down stairs especially if you needed the toilet at night and there wasn’t one on the floor you were on.

Great location, great property.
Great renovated property right in the middle of Bath. Tidy. Responsive hosts.
Parking is a bit restrictive but that's not their fault. There is a carpark close by which want too bad. 2x shower heads were broken though.

Great house for a short stay (for a group of 10/12)
Spacious, beautifully decorated, amazing location. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a group.
Not enough bathrooms for the size of the property (3, I of which is en-suite) Details of the bedrooms and bathrooms are not clear on the description/photos and the floor plan is inaccurate (e.g there is not an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, it is a family bathroom).

Wow! What a gem in the heart of Bath. Spacious, gorgeous interior with modern bathrooms and kitchens. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room. Great location

A well designed, property in the heart of bath with great hosts and amazing facilities.
We only stayed for one night, so wasn’t able to take it all in as I would have liked but for the Short time we had was perfect! Being welcomed with facilities such as baby cot and high chair was incredible saved us a trip back to the car to grab ours! Small simple extras like this go along way! The property is located in a beautiful location with restaurants and bars on your doorstep ordering food was super convenient with short waiting time! We really appreciate a well designed property and I must say this is definitely one of them, such a modern boutique look. We loved our beds super comfy with huge amounts of wardrobe space! Great powerful showers and lots of mirrors and simple things like good Quality hair dyers and irons and hoovers wow really impressed. Loved our dining experience within this lovley open plan kitchen so bright and spacious. Hosts super friendly and responsive no issues there!, will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a central luxury city centre stay, I will definitely return for a few more nights soon!

A stunning larger than average property in the centre of Bath. The interior design was amazing, beds were comfortable and the property was super clean. The dining table had more than enough seating for my entire party
