Batheaston House, a house over four floors, consists of a lower-ground-floor kitchen, kitchen, lower-ground-floor utility, lower-ground-floor wine cellar, lower-ground-floor dining room, dining room, sitting room with open-fire, and conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom, two doubles, two second-floor doubles, and a second-floor double with en-suite, serviced by a lower-ground-floor cloakroom, cloakroom, bathroom, shower room, and second-floor bathroom. You'll find a shop, pub, and river in 0.1 miles, and a canal in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open-fire, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a hot tub, lawn, patio, furniture, a greenhouse, and private parking. Two small dogs welcome - there is a £10 per night charge for each dog attending. Sorry, no smoking. Batheaston House offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please note: No stag, hen, or parties are allowed.
