Sweett - Gallery Poble Sec

Such a beautiful apartment block - really authentic yet modern. The apartment block is also an art gallery which is so cool. Has modern technology for door locks which is nice! Great location, friendly amazing staff, clean, good price… also spacious, couldn’t complain.

The only thing was that the boiler broke on the first night. The staff were amazing fixing this and everything was fine in the end. They were super apologetic too and compensated us. I would go back again to this place.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was warm and comfortable, and everything we needed was available. The location is very central, so you can easily walk to markets and many other places you might need. We’ve added this hotel to our list of favorite places to stay and would gladly come back.

Alles da was das Herz begehrt. Zentrale Lage, Restaurants und Bars direkt vor der Tür, Betten bequem mit mehreren Kissen zur Auswahl und zur Begrüßung für jeden eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Besser kann man sich ein Stadturlaub kaum vorstellen.

Proximity to the center

At the time of the arrival Aircon was not working, even though we've tried everything according to the instruction (all three units in the same mode, etc.), staff were informed, we've got confirmation that it will be fixed asap, and it was not during the whole 5 day stay, no other follow-ups, so we had to sleep with open windows. 2 of the 5 days we've received late night calls about a noise complains, and to be honest the building is like paper and they could at least invest in some sound isolation at least in doors, one evening an administrator came and knocked to our room asking to lower our voices (and it's was just a regular talking). So overall it was not the most pleasant stay.
