Travelled for work and had a very pleasant stay.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was extremely convenient. I mainly used Uber for my meetings, but the metro station is literally right outside the hotel, which made getting around the city very easy.
There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.
I stayed for a few nights and kindly requested a room change to an interior-facing room to avoid street noise. The hotel accommodated my request without any issue, and the new room met all my expectations — it even had a private terrace, which was a lovely bonus.
The street-facing room on my first night was a little noisy due to traffic, but the hotel was very accommodating when I requested a quieter room.

The rooftop pool had a sea view which was incredible.
They repeatedly did not put away the spare bed, so I gave up asking after the third time. The water took 15 minutes to become warm and the staff were so patronising when I raised it. I wasn’t the only one. Others raised it as well, while others’ rooms got hot water immediately. The room was tired with things being loose or falling off.
