The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very supportive.Especially Oscar,
Hector and the others at the Front Desk were exceptionally great. The breakfast was lovely and the location side of a Netro station so very well located sbd connected.

Location was perfect and we were kindly given an upgraded room with our toddler it was greatly appreciated and was a fabulous room. We had the best time! Breakfast was great with lots of options and the staff were so kind and friendly.

The rooftop pool had a sea view which was incredible.
They repeatedly did not put away the spare bed, so I gave up asking after the third time. The water took 15 minutes to become warm and the staff were so patronising when I raised it. I wasn’t the only one. Others raised it as well, while others’ rooms got hot water immediately. The room was tired with things being loose or falling off.
