    We booked last minute during Primavera Sound so rates were understandably higher. We had a double room which was spacious and clean. The AirCon in the room had an issue so the staff moved us to an upgraded room the next night which was an unexpected surprise. Staff responded quickly and decisively at each step in what could have been inconvenient situation. Would stay again

    Ask for receipts because I got charged twice for tourist fees: when I checked in and checked out. They charge to use the safe. The website advertised them but there is no gym, outdoor patio or AC. I booked a city view but all I see out my window is an apartment building with hanged laundry and people talking loudly through the night. The front desk never smiles. Not friendly yet eager to help to a point. The room and bathroom are nice and clean. I dont think the fridge works. I told all this to the staff but nothing was done. They told me they are not a 5 star hotel. Rude. I was patient. Not happy.

    Friendly staff and excellent location by Carrer de Blai, clean basic rooms but kind of smell like damp from the bathroom, but nothing bad if you just need a bed to sleep in at night and are out most of the day

    Very small room with a terrible view in an area under construction. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He called a taxi for me at 6:30 am
