The staff is exceptional and accommodated, a health disability, with kindness and compassion! The initial check-in was managed by the reception staff so beautifully considering I had episodes. My check in and they needed to work with one of my friends to finish the process. The room accommodation, fully supported my disability and eliminated any fragrance and chemicals in the room

There is more scientific research of the impact of fragrance on the brain. This hotel uses too much fragrance within the lobby area that it is uncomfortable, and even close. I did not have a disability when I was on a tour with Trafalgar. It indicated that the fragrance is too strong. There is no need to add fragrance in your ventilation system, and it causes Neurological damage please reconsider using this, even though other hotels to your cast will be happier they just don’t let you know about it and I’ve been on disability for over seven years because of the chemicals used in fragrances

Very good, modern clean hotel properly thought out. Lovely general layout. Staff very friendly. Didn't use the restaurant area but it looked very nice too. Plenty of breakfast cafes nearby and the one directly next door was great. Despite my complaint below, I do recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the city centre.

Sadly a great room spoilt by the fact that it adjoined next door. I didn't request it and only discovered it on entering the room. It didn't occur to me it would be a problem until it was too late at night to do anything about it. I didn't realise the door was not sound proof. Even with respectful neighbours the sound carried easily. Unfortunately our neighbours were noisy through most of the night. Consequentely the room didn't feel very private and we had 2 very badly disturbed sleeps. If at the point of booking or checking-in I was warned it was the only room left but reflected in a reduced price then I could have accepted it. But it wasn't mentioned in advance either by the hotel reception or by Booking.com. On checkout I gave my polite feedback to reception who said they would report it. There was no response to that feedback. Then INNSiDE sent their survey so I gave feedback on that - saying the hotel and staff were great except for this adjoining room issue. (I wanted to give them a chance to respond before putting my Booking.Com review up). About a month ago INNSiDE Barcelona Apolo sent a pleasant, apologetic email promising a "follow-up" - which has yet to arrive. Booking.Com are also at fault here because they did not specify which room we were getting before payment - something I think they should generally rectify.

too long list. David, on reception is very funny and helpful. trust his advice! we booked as a lats moment as the one we have initially booked-we could not stay in- terrible experience with that one!

We had a great time at INNSIDE. Very well located and easy to access. Also very smooth check in and check out process. Will definitely consider staying there again when back in BCN.
