I would stay here again, and again. The staff is excellent and went above and beyond to make our party of 7 homely. Breakfast has a wide variety of selection. You won't be disappointed in staying here. Step outside the hotel and everything is within reach, I mean everything. Great city. Book and enjoy.

Overall I had a great experience at this hotel. It was clean and close to downtown and the waterfront.
One critique or point of caution for others is that there are multiple locations for this hotel with the same name. The hotel and Expedia should do a better job to point this out and make it clear. There is one near the airport and one downtown.
I took a taxi from the airport asking to go to the “Innside Hotel” and the driver took me to the wrong one. He charged me a flat rate of $21 for a short trip probably less than 10 minutes to the one close to the airport.
The check in person told me that i was at the wrong location and that the same thing happened to someone else earlier in the day. I had to take another taxi around $25 to the downtown location.
If this has happened to multiple people then why don’t you do something about it?

Twi-night stay, very comfortable, friendly staff and convenient location for the metro. We will stay here again on our next visit.
