Dry welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast area and breakfast were fantastic. AC works really well.
The location was perfect for watching the Tour de France, but otherwise the area is a bit gritty and worn down. Hotel is lovely though.

The restaurant menu was not the widest, but the food was very enjoyable & well presented. Breakfast provided a good range of options, although (for a briton) the absence of boiling water was disappointing (there was hot water). And on the topic of tea - it was lovely to have a kettle and teamaking materials in our room.
My wife was not a fan of the angled ramp down to the underground garage- but she managed fine anyway.

Paper thin walls, hard flooring and heavy spring doors create significant noise
