Location, the balcony and breakfast
The air conditioner leaked all over the floor, and staff was not necessarily quick to resolve how to put your key in for lights etc to work.

Location, easy access, wasn`t over crowded, easy for the metro and main train station
I was a top buck, I felt the steps up where a bit shaky. Socket was up to my left which was slightly awkward reach

Room was good, Bed was comfy, Room had space to move about in.
Did not use restaurant as we were never told where it was. Don't know if the place had a bar, havent been told about it yet! Windows in room looked out onto the inside of the hotel. Not nice not interesting at all. Air con was not working. when we mentioned ot to reception, they sent up a fan as air con was being fixed that afternoon. Staff member told us that air can had been broken for over 6 months!!!! Didn't know the city well enough to check out and go elsewhere.
