This place is nicer than what it looks on the pictures, I totally recommend it to have some quiet time after visiting the crowded tourstic points in Paris.
The neighborhood is nice and has lots of options of places to eat and visit. The owner is very flexible and always available, he did everything possible to respond to all our needs.

Muy cómodo, éramos 3 personas y nos pudimos arreglar muy bien. Bien equipado. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos metros de la línea 7 del metro, varias líneas de bus y en medio de las dos estaciones de trenes más importantes (Gare du Nord y Gare del Est). Tiene un centro comercial donde hay un súper, locales de comida para comer o para llevar. A pocas cuadras del Camal San Martín, un barrio súper tranquilo e ideal para moverse en transporte público. El dueño muy amable y responde rápidamente las dudas o consultas.
