We liked that it had AC which and several private rooms, which is rare in Paris.
The apartment had only one bathroom and really needs another bathroom for the amount of people present. Also the shower is slippery and needs a water catch system or to be completely closed so the water does not spill out in the general bathroom area. The kitchen had a very stinky mat, it smelled so bad as the days went on, that it was impossible to not notice. No table for eating or working at all.

El alojamiento estuvo perfecto, me encantó, muy cómodo y acogedor, línea de metro muy cerca. Nos pudimos desplazar a todos lados sin ningún problema.

Das Appartement war sehr schön und hat 1:1 den Bildern und der Beschreibung entsprochen.
Leider haben wir uns erst nach der Buchung über die Lage informiert. Das Appartement befindet sich an der Grenze zu einem sozialen Brennpunkt. Wenn man rechts aus der Tür in Richtung Metro Louis Blanc geht ist alles gut...links rum ist man direkt im Bereich "Stalingrad"...dort wimmelt es vor Obdachlosen und zweifelhaften Gestalten...
