Green Poya - Luxury Eco Bambu Resort in South Lombok

The rooms are exceptional.

The service really needs improvement. Staff needs training in basic hospitality.

Tout le personnel était adorable, à l’écoute et attentif. Le restaurant était délicieux et le clin d’œil à la Suisse nous a agréablement surpris. La piscine était top, la vue et le calme étaient uniques. Les chambres étaient confortables et spacieuses. La salle de bain est insolite ! La piscine privée un délice ! Sans parler du lava cake, incontournable pour notre fille !

Tout !cet hôtel est magnifique !le bar/restaurant avec cette construction tout en bambou est exceptionnel.La piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer est un appel à la détente. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil. Les chambres sont très belles ,très propres. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ! La cuisine du restaurant est également excellente,la meilleure à laquelle nous ayons goûtée durant tout notre voyage. On serait bien resté un peu plus longtemps !

C’est indépendant de l’hôtel mais prévoir des boules quies en cas de sommeil léger car pas mal de bruit des environs le matin(coq,chien ,…) ,mais ce n’est qu’un détail !la beauté du lieu compense totalement.

The view and the room was So lovely and great value.The hosts were so attentive and welcoming. It's newly opened so it will get there eventually after ironing out the issues. Very comfortable bed and great AC and fan. Soft opening is what this is called in Indonesia but sometimes you wish it come wait until it was fully ready to open before paying guest arrived. Saying that its price point was good but needs work of few things.

The lack of WiFi so not inclusive of you tubers or influences or just general need for you to be connected to internet which is a basic these days regardless..p.s main restaurant has wifi if needed. The road/access to hotel was almost impassable other than for an experienced off road motorcycle rider like myself. Seriously if your not experienced on a motorbike you will struggle but owners have told us that this is being addressed. The breakfast was included which was good value.Only trouble was we waited nearly 1 hour for it and when it came it really wasn't worth the wait...croissant was rock solid and burnt to the core and toast wasn't of good quality I.e sourdough etc more local style etc. There was an uncomfortable feel around the place a lot of the staff etc sitting in the restaurant in a very casual way when this should be out of sight behind closed doors and not for guests to view ,it almost felt like you was intruding.
