Cet hôtel c'est un 10/10, il est très bien situé en plein cœur de Kuta avec tous les commerces à proximité, restaurant bar boutique bureau pour les excursions L'hôte est tellement gentil et attentionné il répond à toutes vos demandes très rapidement, la chambre est très propre les équipements sont moderne le lit très confortable les serviettes de toilette de très bonne qualité, la piscine est propre c'est tellement agréable de s'y baigner en fin de journée, C'est un des meilleurs établissements que j'ai fait en 1 mois à Lombok exactementcommesur les photos, merci beaucoup d'avoir rendu mon séjour très agréable ❤️

Wunderschönes und stylisches Hotel in ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Das Bett und die Kissen sind sehr bequem. Alles ist wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt. Der kleine und private Pool ist sehr erfrischend. Aber das Beste ist die Kommunikation und Unterstützung des Managers, so nett und zuvorkommend. Und zum Hochzeitstag und Geburtstag gab es auch noch eine Überraschung, das war wirklich fantastisch. Wir können dieses tolle Hotel sehr empfehlen

Superb location in Kuta, Lombok — very convenient and accessible to many cafes, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The staff team was exceptional: very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything needed. Their hospitality really made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise prepared by the team even though I did not request anything. It was a very kind gesture and made my stay feel extra special. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Kuta, Lombok.

The room did not have a mini fridge, which would have been useful for longer stays. There was a small power outage issue one night, but the staff responded immediately and fixed it quickly even though it was close to midnight. Excellent service and handling by the team.

Absolutely wonderful place. The interiors are exquisite and the bedroom and bathroom are beautifully designed. I’m a regular traveller and can say this is a place that will stay in my memory for a long time. The private pool and seating were perfect after a day out and about. It’s just a two minute walk from many restaurants and shops. Service by the owner is also fantastic. Thank you, Bagus!
