Every detail was well thought out and the staff and owner were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Great place to stay in Kuta. A small oasis of peace right in the bustling centre of town
Absolutely nothing

Had the warmest stay in Naia. Everyone from the team was super kind and welcoming!
The only thing is that you can hear the mosque quite a bit and it gets loud

Friendly staff. Would assist you wherever they could. Very relaxed and everything you wanted.
Maybe the towels could be changed every two days, and a pool towel provided at the beginning, or easy access to it.

Honestly, everything: location is perfect as you have all restaurants and bar super close and the staff is incredible. Thanks so much in particular to Agus, Nunik and Lana for making me feel at home and helping me book my activities. I’ll be back!!!
Nothing, they thought about every detail from welcome drinks to airport transfer.
