I had an amazing stay at Botchan Hostel, this was actually my second time here, and it definitely won’t be the last. Every time I come to Lombok, this place feels like home.
The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. The pancakes every morning are absolutely delicious (seriously, something to look forward to waking up for 😄).
The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are cool, clean, and well-maintained, everything you need to properly relax after a long day.
What makes this place even more special is the community. I loved running into familiar faces who also keep coming back, and at the same time meeting new people from all over the world.
Such a warm, friendly, and easygoing vibe, can’t recommend it enough. 🙏🏼🫶🏼
Only a small downside, there are a lot of mosquitoes, but that’s just the tropical environment and not something the hostel can really control. Everything else is spot on.

Relaxed and comfortable homestay. The common areas include a beautiful swimming pool, a billard/pool table and board games.
There is also free breakfast with banana pancakes and coffee :).
