Pulau Indah Lombok

J’ai prolongé mon séjour ici : très bon emplacement au centre situé dans une rue au calme, laundry, massages et restaurant à proximité ! Le personnel est agréable et serviable.

L’odeur dans la salle de bain, et le bruit du chauffe-eau (il faut des boules quies).

The AC unit blows right on the bed so it’s freezing when it’s blowing on you at night (even on night mode) but if you turn it off the room gets so hot. The bathroom could have been cleaner with dust and cobwebs and also the drain in the shower smelled very bad for the week we stayed even after cleaning. The overall cleanliness could have been better it was averagely clean but some detailed touches would have made the place feel spotless. They need more bean bags at the pool there is only 4 for all of the guests so many times they were taken and we had to sit on the bit of concrete outside the rooms. I had messaged the hotel prior to arriving to explain it was my partners birthday the day after we arrived- they were very welcoming through message and said they would arrange decorations and cake. However on the day I left the key with the staff but nothing was ever said or done about his birthday- it was so disappointing as I would have tried to source some things myself if I had known they would have let us down. It was a bad first impression.

property was situated right where we needed to be for everything, had a nice pool area & very good value for what you pay for.

The accommodation is located in a quieter area, yet still close to the main street; offering the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. The pool area is especially nice and adds to the overall atmosphere. The rooms are not very large, but absolutely sufficient for a comfortable stay over a few nights. What truly stands out is the staff, they are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Fam, you’re doing a fantastic job!
