KU Villas

We really enjoyed our stay at Kuta Villas. The location was excellent — a lovely, peaceful spot and a great base for exploring Lombok. The staff were friendly, welcoming and super helpful throughout our stay, which really added to the experience. Our room had everything we needed and the bed was big and very comfortable. We also loved having the outdoor bathroom — it gave the villa a lovely tropical feel. Overall, a lovely stay with a great location, wonderful staff and everything you need for a comfortable few days in Lombok. We’d happily stay here again.

The only thing that stopped it being quite perfect for us was the outdoor seating area. Some cushions on the furniture would have made it much more comfortable and encouraged us to use the space more. That said, there were plenty of comfortable loungers around the pool, so there was no shortage of places to relax.

Le point positif de l’hôtel c’est sa situation dans le centre mais sans le bruit et proche de la plage. L’autre point positif est le personnel, fidèle à l’Indonésie, qui cherche à bien faire. Le petit déjeuner quand à lui est bon mais je rejoins de précédents commentaires il est léger, il ne s’agit pas d’un buffet mais choix d’un plat, nous complétions avec la boulangerie qui est à 5 min.

Par contre nous avons été déçus par plusieurs points notamment les équipements vieillissants et peu entretenus. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû demander à réparer les portes de chambres qui donnent sur l’extérieur est qui laissent apparaître un jour donc passage des fourmis et lézards, mais difficultés à les ouvrir et fermer, elles étaient également mais accrochés, au delà de ça la piscine nécessitait un nettoyage, notre mitigeur pas adapté et cassé avec un lavabo à moitié bouché (demande à l’accueil un nettoyage plus profond). Plusieurs détails qui auraient pu être corrigés avant notre arrivée.

The personal were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast and the coffee were very good. We had a lot of space to relax. Thanks a lot for your kindness

It’s not very clear what we could choose or take during the breakfast ( just one thing or more) . The villa was a little bit old, the doors were not closing very well and the mosquitoes could enter. We had no Tv in the living room, I told them and they put after. The aircon was sinking and they fix it. It’s old but they are very reactive :-)

The staff were amazing and very helpful with attractions to go see and also scooter hire. They were very friendly and great with the kids. The rooms were very large with comfortable beds and bedding.

the family room/kitchen had no aircon or TV which meant the only places to relax were in the separate bedrooms. Although we were not in Lombok to laze around or watch TV, with two young kids sometimes its nice for them to relax and watch a movie at night time.
