It was beachfront and most of the time the beach was beautiful and great access to restaurants and bars

The pool always looked dirty and not inviting at all we used the beach club down the street as I wasn’t swimming in the pool we were there for 6 nights never saw anyone swimming looks murky where it should be blue such a shame as it’s a big pool and breakfast needs improving too many Indonesian dishes that didn’t look nice

The location are great,if you are booking a room with sea view,its soo good,staff were very helpful,got flat tyre and ask for customer service for help,one staff came and offer to sent the motocycle to shop while we wait at hotel

It feel like the hotel room are not maintain properly,the sliding door inside are not good at all,stuck when open or close,floor not clean,good thing they provide slippers and some bathroom got water stagnant after shower,its like a pool,breakfast are ok but better if got more choice

this hotel is very underrated, it has lower reviews than it's worth it the location is absolutely perfect, directly on the kuta beach, close to everything the hotel rooms are big, the rooms with sea view have a spectacular view and a huge balcony overlooking the whole bay the breakfast food is amazing, lots and lots of different options, the pool is also huge and gym is very usefull don't trust the low reviews, it's a totaly worth it hotel for the price if offers the value price vs quality and location is unbeatable, you can find offers in kuta much more expensive and lower than this

the rooms are a bit outdated with old furniture and not everything is perfect

Smoking everywhere even in the breakfast
