Tiu Oasis Lombok

Overall, I had a really good stay here. The property is beautiful, very aesthetically designed, and feels well maintained. The biggest highlight, though, was the staff. A special shout-out to Zar, who genuinely made the stay much more convenient. Whether it was helping us book cabs, arranging scooters, or assisting with anything else we needed, he was always ready to help with a smile. Hospitality here is definitely one of the strongest points of this property. The breakfast was good, and the food overall was satisfactory. The pool was also clean and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax. There is a construction site next to the property, but honestly, it wasn't something that bothered us much. Also, as of July 2026, the road leading to the property is still under development. That said, we had absolutely no trouble reaching it on a scooter, even with two people riding. Hopefully, once the road work is complete, the experience will be even better. The location is also convenient. It's close enough to the busy streets of Kuta while still being away from the noise, and it's just a short ride from the beach.

The only thing I felt could be improved was the bedding. The room itself was clean, but the bedsheets, pillow covers, and cushion covers looked a bit worn out and didn't feel as fresh as they should have. Even the sofa had a few visible stains. It's not a deal breaker, and I'm sure room service would help if you asked, but I do think replacing or refreshing the linens would make a huge difference. Overall, it's a property I'd definitely recommend if you're staying around Kuta. Fix the bedding, and this place would easily be an exceptional stay.

This place is unreal, right in the heart of Kuta Lombok, 2 minute drive to the main road but quiet and hidden away allowing for maximum privacy and a good night sleep. This place has all amenities included and can easily be hung out at all day without having to head into town •Deep pool with jumping pad •rock climbing wall •big grass and dining area prefect if you prefer a more private dining or are inclined to have friends over •attentive and helpful staff •cleanliness 10/10 •scooters •great selection of world class food and drink at affordable prices

Tiu Oasis really was an Oasis for us to escape to from the busyness of Kuta. The Vila was next level beautiful. We had a private pool in our courtyard which was a lovely treat. That said as it was low season there was only one other booking so we had the large outdoor pool area to ourselves also. There was scope to eat at the bar for dinner or take a 20 min walk through nature to a fabulous restaurant on the main road for a lovely meal and the best Pina Coladas on holiday :) Breakfast in was fabulous on day 2. If going to Kuta I highly recommend this tranquil, beautifully appointed villa. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Everything was amazing

The breakfast was fine.

The experience at this property was deeply disappointing. The air conditioner in our room did not work, and the staff showed no concern, casually telling us it would only be fixed the next day, after we were already due to leave, without offering any alternative. The so-called outdoor shower faces directly onto the street and a construction site, with a broken and poorly maintained fence that fails to provide any privacy. Cleanliness was only superficial; while the room appeared tidy at first glance, long-term maintenance was clearly neglected, with stains on the toilet, shower, and even on the bed sheets. The,overall condition of the property is poor, although it was clearly once built with care, it is now falling apart due to negligent upkeep. Guest service is practically nonexistent: when we arrived for breakfast, no one came to take our order until we walked into the kitchen and asked for assistance. Ultimately, the value for money here is extremely low, especially considering that in Kuta Lombok there are far better options that are well maintained and treat guests with proper hospitality.
