La déco, la piscine, l’emplacement et le calme
Tout était bien ! Le petit bémol, une chambre au dessus du salon de massage donc quand les voisins du dessus prenaient leur douche on entendait l’eau couler pendant le massage

good location... friendly staff
i didnt like the bathrooms ... The room is too dark to see in the mirror. The toilet and shower cubicle is extremely small. There is no where to put toiletries and very little space for clothes.

Tout était parfait. Le personnel a traité toutes nos demandes. Je recommande à 100%.
Ce qui pourrait être amélioré :
- la musique était trop forte le matin (réveil imposé pour tout le monde);
- la carte du restaurant pourrait avoir des spécialités indonésiennes.

The location is good and convenient for exploring Kuta. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the projector in the room, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evening. The hotel is new and has potential.
For the price we paid, the overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast was poor, with limited options and little variety. The staff were friendly but service was often very slow and seemed disorganized. The pool is much smaller than expected and not really suitable for swimming. Overall, the hotel does not currently offer the level of service and facilities you would expect at this price point.
