The location was good for me, the place was very clean.
The hosts appeared friendly on the brief occcasion we spoke.
I believed it was advertised with a private bathroom - as I only saw one bathroom in the property, I can only think it was a shared bathroom with the hosts. Also, wash lillies, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, didn't look like it was for guest use.
The room was a spare small room in their terrace house and said it could have a futon in it - I don't think one would fit.
No balcony as advertised.
No tea/coffee facilities in the room and wasn't told if this was on offer in their kitchen. No tv or work station (desk) in the room, so struggled to do any work on the laptop.
