The location was wonderful; tucked away securely in the heart of the Barbican and handy for all the eateries and the Hoe. I think it's the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and it was so peaceful at night despite the central location. Nicely furnished and equipped, and the outdoor space was a bonus. Communication was very good, and we appreciated the milk etc. The early check in made all the difference too - thank you so much. Will definitely stay again.
If I'm being picky, the tile grouting in the shower could do with a good scrub - a bit mouldy and dirty. We get the same at home, but doesn't take long to clean off with a bit of bleach and a toothbrush. The rest of the apartment was spotless, so it just stood out a bit.
