More than just a holiday rental, Hoe Park House is our much-loved second home — thoughtfully furnished and exceptionally well equipped, offering far more than just the basics. Filled with original artwork and carefully chosen furnishings that balance comfort and character, it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
It’s exceptionally spacious — the large bedrooms and two reception spaces offer plenty of room to socialise or unwind. The open-plan kitchen diner, which spans nearly the entire footprint of the house and opens onto the spacious patio, is a favourite gathering spot and the true heart of the home — a convivial space perfect for relaxed meals and time together as a group.
What also sets Hoe Park House apart is that your entire group stays together under one roof — not divided across multiple flats or units, as is common in other large-group listings. Plus, unlike many rentals, we don’t charge cleaning fees.
Enjoy the perfect balance of a prime coastal location near bars, restaurants, and cafés, while nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac overlooking the green expanse of Hoe Park, in a charming and comfortable home.
