Fantastic location to access all local amenities. Getting into the car park can be a bit tight on the narrow road, but worth it for its central location, Early check in was greatly appreciated.

The house is ideally located in the centre of Kingsand but although it sleeps 12, more than 8 eating in the kitchen is not practical, and limited furniture outside. As a very old building, the stairs are very steep and could be a problem for old people. Reasonably well equipped although we had issues with the boiler (dealt with straight away), and the new dishwasher (we struggled to get it to run). Some windows didn't open - which was a problem in the heat, but the owners had a fan delivered. Overall our experience was mixed, but we were probably unlucky.
