The location is wonderful, it is clean, great conditions to live, it has even a bathroom even if the pictures with the bathroom is missing. The reason i say the host was not 10 was because i asked to close to the checkin date if there is a bathroom and washing machine because i have not seen pictures with the bathroom and the host replied that this is ilegitimate question , how would i believe there is no bathroom when the location has wonderful reviews. This turned me off in that day because me , as a guest i should be permitted to ask for picture of the room especially after i booked it.

Precioso apartamento, tiene de todo lo que necesitas, en autobús hasta los piazzale di Roma, que es donde hay que ir para coger las góndolas y ver Venecia. El autobús vale 1,5€, desde una aplicación de nada WhatsApp los puedes comprar y en menos de 10 mint andando .El apartamento sin duda, totalmente recomendable. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café 🥰

La ubicación, la casa, el anfitrión diez puntos posee un jardín,la zona muy tranquila, la instalación exelente, súper recomendable...

Nada todo estuvo en perfecta condiciones

The property is in a good location with convenient public transport access to Venice island, and it features dedicated customer parking. The check-in process was smooth using the key lockbox, and the apartment has a nice garden area and outdoor seating perfect for tea or coffee. Inside, kitchen was equipped with all necessaries, the bathroom was kept clean, and the bedding setup was good, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a queen bed, and a single bed in the bedroom.

Unfortunately, the property handler was not very friendly, and their manner of responding was disappointing. The biggest issue was the air conditioning; there was only one unit in the living room and none in the bedroom. Since we visited during a harsh summer heatwave, the guests sleeping in the bedroom were sweating all night and had to open the windows for cross-ventilation. This let in mosquitoes, and the host only provided a single mosquito liquidator for the entire place. Advertising air conditioning without mentioning it is only in one room felt like a partially false description, making our stay during the heatwave overall unimpressive.
