Квартира очень чистая .Квартира в тихом районе и можно закрыть ставни , чтоб сохранить прохладу . Наличие кондиционеров в каждой комнате огромный плюс в жаркую погоду . Лука всегда был на связи и подсказывал по всем моментам ,видно что человек заинтересован ,чтобы ваш отдых прошел качественно . Очень удачное расположение , если вы собираетесь посетить не только Венецию .От ЖД вокзала можно доехать на комфортной электричке до Вероны . Квартира находиться в 5 минутах до остановки к Венеции ( площадь Рома ) , в 7 -10 минутах к супермаркету с хорошим выбором продуктов и в 15-20 минутах от ЖД и авто станции .

Есть нюансы ,но они не значительные и не повлияли на качество отдыха .

The instructions for the key box were unclear. The keybox is located behind the building NEXT to the apartment building, not behind the apartment building. Otherise they were fine.

There was no living room, just a kitchen.

If you are visiting Venice, this apartment is a great option. Although it is located about 30 minutes from Venice Island, there is a direct bus (4L) from near the residence that takes you straight there, making it very convenient to get in and out with just one bus ride. The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen and no living room. It includes all the basics needed for a comfortable short stay and was clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even helped us arrange a taxi for 3am., which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

The kitchen is very compact, but we were able to use the facilities to prepare a few meals during our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a microwave. The air fryer/oven was helpful, but it wasn’t always the most convenient option for reheating food for three people. There was also no dish cloth provided, which meant we had to wait for dishes to air dry before reusing them, and there were not many dishes available. Apart from these minor points, the apartment was great. It was comfortable and well equipped for a short stay, and I would happily stay there again.

Clean flat, good communication from the owners, and close to some bad restaurants in the ugly city of Mestre.

The lighting in the apartment is not very pleasant, especially in the kitchen. The place also feels very bare and lacks decoration. It would be nice to have a comfortable armchair to read, and the bathroom mirror has no light, which is not practical. An extra blanket would be appreciated, as I prefer using a blanket rather than turning up the heating. I found the 10:00 am check-out time in Italy quite inconvenient, since in most other European countries it’s usually 11:00 am or even 12:00 pm.
