Room clean and warm. On suite bathroom,shower excellent. Generally quiet neighborhood. Access to public transport good.
Maybe could have been a blanket or 2. Was only a double bed duvet.Got a bit cold on first night when sleeping, but doubling the duvet over since it was just me(i.e. no partner)made it ok.

Location was good, nice and quiet, not too far from a few shops and restaurants
My room was a converted garage in the basement. It had no heating on a cold weekend in Vancouver. The first night of three was very cold, about 8 degrees C and when I told the owner/manager they gave me an extra blanket. The second night they gave me an oil filled electric powered radiator which helped but it packed up during the night. The third night I made my excuses and went elsewhere. I think the heating was meant to come from some underfloor heating designed for a garage not accommodation, and anyway it didn't work.
