Rooms were very clean. The host was super friendly and very very accommodating to our family as we were traveling with a baby.
Our room was in the basement which was fine but it was hotter than the gates of hell. There was a thermostat in the room but it did not do anything we were over heating in the room

I had a wonderful reception from the host and she picked me up at the airport after waiting an hour for my luggage to arrive. Then she also fed me delicious food for supper, and also breakfast! She went above and beyond and I am very grateful. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you!

nice room and staff member was very nice
not sure if its booking.com fault as no info was sent before we got there about locked box and info about place. There was no info about if we could make a cup of tea and use the premises downstairs. No extra pillows as the ones that were there were too soft and no sheets only quilt and it was too hot to have it on.
