The host is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was greeted with sweet chocolates, soft background music and a warm, cozy atmosphere that instantly made me feel right at home. Every daily necessity you could need is fully provided inside the room. The best part is mountain and lake views unfold directly outside the windows. I would absolutely choose this place again without hesitation if I ever come back to Queenstown

The house is good overall, we like the kitchen and the living room, and there was also a free TV show which was brilliant. The host replied soon to indirect us to the shared rubbish bins and it was really nice of the host.
The temperature in the bedrooms was really low so we have to open the heaters all night. However, there were some noises and machine smells from the heater in one of the bedrooms, and it really took some time for us to find the shared rubbish bins in the first two days.
