Easy to collect the property keys when we arrival.
There was a slight unpleasant smell coming from underneath the kitchen sink. The bathroom heater was not working, and the light in the downstairs bedroom was broken. Other than these minor issues, everything else was good.

The host is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was greeted with sweet chocolates, soft background music and a warm, cozy atmosphere that instantly made me feel right at home. Every daily necessity you could need is fully provided inside the room. The best part is mountain and lake views unfold directly outside the windows. I would absolutely choose this place again without hesitation if I ever come back to Queenstown
