Great facilities, clean and welcoming

Parking was tricky!

The cottage is clean, well presented and there are lots of thoughtful touches like throws for sofa, milk frother, toiletries, quality sheets and towels. Really helpful guide and information all clearly laid out. It is tastefully decorated throughout, nothing jarring at all, decor is cohesive and flows well. The kitchen is well equipped. The cottage is in a good location for exploring and there are some lovely walks on the doorstep. Everyone we met was really friendly and we had a good trip.

The owner let us know about parking being on the street a few mins walk away, not an issue for us but might put some off. Washing up, you need a dryer up person at the same time as there's not much room to stack dishes. These are minor points however.

The property was comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and with stunning views down towards Buxton. Steph was helpful and communicative as required.

Car parking was a little tight.

The decor was gorgeous. A lot of thought and care has gone in to equip the cottage. The kitchen was fantastic.

The only thing I would say is not being able to park outside the property. However, that is only because one of our dogs struggles to walk on stoney type surfaces. If we didn't have her it would have been fine.
