Disappointed that the cleaners were still there when we arrived.The chairs around the island in the kitchen need checking as they were wobbly.

Lovely modern house

This is a very nice clean house in a lovely quiet new build area just on the outskirts of Buxton. Some lovely surrounding views. There are modern furnishings throughout the house and it had all the equipment we needed plus some games as an added bonus! Beds were comfortable (even the bunk bed!). We were a group of 8 adults and it suited us well for our walks nearby (up to 15 minutes drive away for some great walks) and less than 10 minutes drive to the town centre. There's space for two cars on the driveway so didn't have to worry about parking. The host was also very quick to respond to a query I had. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing I would say is that the bunk bed room is quite small for adults, but would be fine for children I'm sure.

Relaxing

Location was quiet, lovely aspect to the rear of the property, with a seperate area for the dogs to use for toileting. Easy access to Buxton, we walked it and called at a few local public houses along the route.

There isn't anything we didn't like, however I did find two used wet towels in the bottom of my wardrobe :( There was also dog poop that had not been picked up from previous occupants, other than that, couldn't find any fault. Was lovely and clean with ample space for 5 adults and 3 children.

Excellent hosts and an excellent time had by all the family

The property was equipped with everything you ask for and more during our stay. It was situated in a lovely location with amazing views. The local resident neighbours were also really friendly. We visited as a family of 8 and there was ample space for us to all enjoy the property together.

Showers especially were not clean Hardly any toilet roll One tea towel only. Would have appreciated a welcome box - small jar of coffee, tea, packet of biscuits, dishwasher tablets.

Gorgeous house and furnishings. Loved the kitchen especially. Well located for pubs, restaurants and sight seeing.

Very modern, comfortable and spacious property in a good location.

Great property and good location. It was a great base to go off and explore High Peak. Very clean and homely.

The grass hasn't been cut and given that it was a hot weekend, we spent a lot of the time in the garden. Rubbish bin was full upon arrival Would've been nice to have basics like tea, coffee, a small carton of milk, plus cleaning basics like a couple of dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll etc.

It is a very cozy new-built house with all fascinated appliances and nice rooms and bathrooms for a group of friends or a family.

Superb

Wow the house is brand new and furnished beautifully with everything you need. We tested all four bedrooms with us all getting a great few night sleep bedding and towels were good quality. The sofas in the living room were of high quality and really comfortable with the smart TV set up to provide everything you want. The kitchen had everything you would need, it even has a wine fridge!! There was enough crockery to keep you going for a few days and plenty of fridge freezer and cupboard space. The garden had two levels we didn't get a chance to use it but will be lovely to sit out in across the summer. Great showers the water pressure wasn't an issue. We got a taxi in to Buxton on Saturday night which cost around £20 return. As it's a new build the food delivery services were a bit confused but we found uber eats that worked OK on night 1. Parking sufficient for 2 cars we did have an extra one on the road that was fine. All four of us said we would go back! Thanks to Larry and the hosts!

It would have been a long walk to town! We used a taxi 🚕
