Localização, limpeza, atenção dos anfitriões.
Tem muitas escadas e estava com minha sogra idosa, no verão ideal eles colocarem de 2 a 3 ventoinhas pois o apt é muito quente.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, muy céntrico.
El ruido! El hotel esta muy cerca de una zona de fiesta y el ruido se colaba a pesar de cerrar la ventana y ponerse tapones. Es una calle muy transitada. Si quieres tranquilidad, no lo recomiendo

La ubicación es excepcional, muy céntrico aunque algo ruidoso. Con las ventanas cerradas aislaba bastante, pero hacía calor. La anfitriona proporciona tapones, lo cual es de agradecer. El apartamento está amueblado con gusto.
Las camas no eran cómodas y los sofas-cama no eran funcionales puesto que no era posible plegarlos. Uno de ellos estaba roto. Quizá sería mejor primar la funcionalidad a la decoración.
