Great location. Staff were very friendly and responded quickly to messages. Being able to leave luggage in the office after check was a bonus.
Confusion over the sofa bed but that was resolved - maybe leave instructions on how to use it in the information booklet.

Genuinely faultless apartment and a very good experience. Picked up the keys from a reception desk around 300m from the property, and they even let us check in 3 hours early at midday. The people at the company's reception were lovely, and gave us some recommendations of what to do and where to watch the football during our stay. We were 7 people and there was more than enough space, with 2 doubles and 3 single beds. Air conditioning units modern and effective, two super-clean bathrooms with shower gel/shampoo provided (nice touch), excellent central location; all round a super stay!
Only thing that would have made the apartment a 10/10 would be if it had a washing machine!
