Fantastic location, very close to some of the major attractions. During the day, our street is calm and offers a few restaurants. At night the whole place changes into a massive party, with multiple bars and clubs opening up.

Cars can’t access it, so take this into consideration if traveling with seniors or with large bags. The apartment is close to the drop off point, however.

Great central location. Flats were modern and so clean.

It was just too noisy for us - the first night the street outside was party central until 6am and we got little sleep

The apartment was spacious, and clean. The kitchen was mostly stocked with everything required for a multi-day stay. It's in a funky neighborhood with easy walking access to restaurants, clubs, historical sites, the river, the Port Wine tours and unique artisan shops. The beds were comfortable.

Downside - this outweighed all the positives: While the soundproofing was sufficient to block the street noise from the many outside eating and drinking areas, there was some club that shared walls with the building that had a sub-woofer pulsing from midnight to 6 AM. It wasn't just the noise. Each beat vibrated the floor making sleep difficult for us. One member of the party moved his mattress to the living room floor to try and escape the problem, but that was only marginally effective. Our apartment was on the first floor. We contacted the manager, but they had nothing else available. So we had to struggle with it for 4 nights. The other couple decided to move the last night, so that they could rest before their long flight. Because of this, what could have been a perfect place cannot be recommended.
