The Space:
Lovely 3 Bedroom Duplex apartment located at the heart of Porto downtown center, in Rua do Almada! The building was recently renovated and our apartment is on the last floor (no elevator), having two fronts, a great terrace and another balcony. There is air conditioning in all the areas of the apartment and it counts with 2 complete bathrooms and a large living area. There are two main bedrooms and the third is an attic room.

Apartment certified by the National Tourism COVID-19 CLEAN & SAFE CERTIFICATION following all the procedures and regulations implied.

This is a large duplex apartment with all the amenities and comfort you would expect. Once you enter, to your right it is where the main bedroom is located, with access to the terrace facing the street. To the left is where the social area of the apartment is located: an open space kitchen and the leaving / dining area is. There is also another balcony.
On the second floor you will find the two other rooms. One of the rooms is an attic room (not suited for tall people), very cozy and with a 160x200 bed and the other room serves twin beds 90x200. There is a complete bathroom with a shower to provide these two rooms.

The building next door has some small construction taking place. You may hear some noise between 9am-6pm weekdays. Dust accumulation also will be expected on the outdoors areas.

Guest Access:
3rd floor (no elevator). Access is granted by Keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival. We will ask our guests to show their Passports and/or their national identity cards in order to collect and share with the immigration authorities.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception nor someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can schedule your check in in advance.

After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For check-ins between 16:00-20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, we might have to reschedule it.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Porto downtown, close to all the historical and cultural main attractions, sightseeing's and great restaurants.
A step away from Aliados avenue and Trindade metro station! This part of downtown offers a wide range of services, whether in restaurants, grocery stores, shops and bars.

Getting Around:
If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.

TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will pick you up at the airport. Meeting point is Restaurant "Cervejaria Portuguesa" at the Arrivals Hall. €30 up to 4 guests and €45 for 5 or 6 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.

METRO
From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get off at Trindade Metro Station. Once you get off at the metro, it's a 5min walk.

TRAIN
From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) just get any metro line to Trindade. Then just take a walk of 5 minutes.

CAR
There is street parking (payable) and also a public parking (Trindade car park).

Other Things to Note:
Check-ins after 8pm have a surcharge of €20 paid in cash or credit card at check-in.

Communication during check in process was a bit difficult however place was beautiful and clean. Location was great. Lots of restauranra and bars around.

Overall, it was a great place to stay.The flat location is great - very central, easy to walk places and lots of restaurants nearby.The flat itself is quiet and a great set up for a group of people, with a large living space and lovely front side balcony. It's a little more tired that the pictures show (marks on the furniture, wobbly lamps), but nothing major.We took a star off for two reasons - they were very skimpy with the cleaners. They left one dishwasher cube and one washing machine cube, when we asked for more they brought one dishwasher cube and one washing machine cube. For a place that sleeps 6 that was not nearly enough. The other reason is the third bedroom with the sloped ceiling, it is not a real bedroom. When you step into the room the ceiling is about 170cm, but by the end of the bed it is only 90cm. You have to spend your time in there on your knees and there is no way to get around the bed in that room.
