Location was very good
We were told the day before we arrived that we had to pick up keys from a different address but the taxi had been booked to take us to only one location and had to drop us off and move onto his next job so we were given the key's and had to walk to the apartment, two pensioners and bags exhausting. There was a first aid box but was empty.

The location was great. You’re round the corner from just about everything and all communication with the team was great! Really helpful and flexible when we were running later than expected. The kitchen was well equipped and everything you needed in terms of shower gels etc were available. For the price we paid, it was great!
I’d recommend picking a room at the back of the house. The bins were collected from outside the property every morning (except Sunday) before 6 which woke us up and there’s no soundproofing on the windows (also lots of drunk people walking past shouting which causes an issue). It was a great property but a little tired round the edges. The bedding was older and whilst clean, there were rips and stains in the duvet. The facilities were available but we did have to bring everything like coffee and drinking water for example. However, for the price we paid it was great!

The apartment itself was brilliant, location is absolutely in the center of Porto. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, pubs and grocery stores in some meters from this apartment. The bed was very comfortable!!!
It was probably my fault, but I couldn't adjust the heating system to make the room warm enough for my needs.

The property is in a excellent location
It was not as clean as I expected and there was very limited towels for guests. Some of the furniture was broken, also the bathroom needed simple maintenance
