Convenient location. Clean and tidy. Fresh towels provided during our stay and bedding changed.

No full length mirror in main living area. The toilet cistern ran constantly and needs fixing. The drainage in the shower was too slow and would have overflowed if a longer shower was taken. Clearly the drain needs clearing out. The courtyard furniture was old and 2 seats had broken panels. It needs replacing with new furniture. A washing machine would have been handy. There was a strong smell of damp and the laminate floor was lifting outside the toilet suggesting the shower waste had overflowed on previous occasions. A digital entry system would have been better than using keys.

Good, spacious

The property was very central and the studio was great with a huge garden. All amenities were provided as per the booking.com profile.

The communication seemed quite automatised, not very personalised. Wrong information was provided before check-in. Note that support after hours is limited and payable. Additionally, check-in (even if late) has to be done in a different location and after check-out, you have to go back to that location if you need to hold your luggage for a few hours (payable).

The property is in a excellent location

It was not as clean as I expected and there was very limited towels for guests. Some of the furniture was broken, also the bathroom needed simple maintenance
