Great apartment, fully equipped kitchen, excellent hosting/living room area, bedroom, bathroom, shower, Wi-Fi, storage, street view, sound insulation, elevator access, near to Trindade metro. Have stayed several times.

Modern, clean

No dresser in the apartment. No dryer or clothing rack to dry the laundry. No hooks to towels or cloths in the bathroom.

Perfect location and very clean

Not enough hot water for four people, the last shower was cold. When I sent a message to the staff I got no serious answer

Quiet location, quite close to attractions, cafés and bars around and a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Very close to the metro, ideal for the airport. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is spacious. Lovely added extra of the wine and biscuits on arrival. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and a couple of coffee pods for the machine also. Great base overall as we had a 4 night stay and spent the majority out exploring.

The balcony is a lovely extra but did not have a real view of anything other than the rear of close by buildings. The shower takes a while to warm but that didn't bother us too much, once we became aware. The apartment is just outside the main attractions and on a very steep hill, but it is Porto so that's to be expected really. The apartment door was a little tricky to lock/unlock and the bathroom door only locks with a key, otherwise the door doesn't shut. No real negatives, just maybe things to be aware of.
