We had an amazing time in Porto. The apartment was ideal for us, fantastic location and lovely premises! The recommendations were super helpful and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean with great facilities. Enjoyed the roof top sunbathe, pool & jacuzzi. Staff very helpful. Easy access & could leave luggage in a safe place on last day whilst explored Porto again.
Was in apartment 5 & was a bit noisy outside at times, particularly Saturday night.

Everything is accurate as descripted. Clean, tall space that is well located and has a shared rooftop with pool and views.
Neighbours can be heard talking at night and they did wake me up one day, which is a sign of bad isolation

Location was great, near some of the nicer less touristy bars and restaurants. The room was well-equipped, especially the kitchenette. The staff were nice.
The pool was not clean. When I asked for a net to clean it, they took hours to reply (no staff on site) and then questioned why it was needed. We were there three days and I don’t think it was skimmed the entire time. There were bugs covering the pool floor on the shallow end (see photo). Most parts of the property looked nice on the surface but if you looked closely they were filthy or run down. You only get two towels per person and the rooms are only cleaned if you stay more than 3 days. The pool and hot tub close at 830pm which felt very early. It was hard to contact staff when needed.
