La ubicación es perfecta...buena zona con restaurantes cerca, segura y cerca de edificios importantes y de la estación de tres de Sao Bento.
El sofá cama está roto, se duerme muy mal, es incomodo y está dividido en dos y una de las mitades está ladeada. El colchón de la cama del dormitorio ppal tampoco es bueno. Había cubiertos suficientes para las tres personas que éramos excepto las cucharas que solo había dos, lo mismo pasó con los platos de sopa, solo dos. Llevamos cápsulas de Nespresso como nos habían dicho y no entraba en la cafetera, no pudimos usarla. El piso es antiguo pero si tuvieran unas buenas camas y se fijaran en los detalles de tener completo el menaje se valoraría mucho mejor.
