Central, clean, modern and port was a nice touch

No soap for shower

Great location, close to the centre, but on a quiet street. The apartment is newly renovated and really clean. We also appreciated the kind hrlp and the communication with the host, Inês offered plenty of information and the check in was extremely smooth.

Clean modern apartment in good location

First night …. A/C couldn’t get it work properly (super hot), sofa mattress was a yoga mat, the fans and the light in the bathroom doesn’t turn off (noisy), no doorknobs on the front door. No one told us that the front door doesn’t open front the inside without a key (fire hazard) and NO shower head only a handheld which made it very hard to wash hair with one hand. One roll of toilet Paper for a 2 night stay for each bathroom. The light in the escalator was very dim and dangerous. The property manager came by to fix some of the issues but On a 2 night stay we couldn’t enjoy the property because we were trying to fix the issues. It was very confusing and frustrating to be on the phone trying to communicate through different channels such as email, WhatsApp and booking with different people. On vacation, I don’t want to be on my phone emailing problems, unfortunately this was the end of our trip and this was the only property with a negative review.
