It was newly build - had kitchenette as well.

Close to transport, city and amenities
Didn't realise the key was not with the apartment concierge so had to double back dragging my luggage 500m there and back. The keybox had a broken plastic bit which I did not see in the dark and cut my finger in the process of opening it. Wireless internet specified TP-Link_10D8 did not exist as an option to select. Floors were clean but slightly sticky and needed mopping. Probably due to the fact that there's a gas stove in a very small apartment. No space for a small desk to use the laptop at night.
