The room was pretty. Great location.

1. The WiFi was not working on Day 1. I had to find ways to find where the router was (nicely hidden) and figure out how to make it work. Replies from the host were slow. Lost productivity time on Day 1 and I even missed my business online meeting. 2. The bedside lamps were not plugged. I couldn’t plug them because the bed was pushed against the wall where the socket was. 3. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. :( I needed clarity on where to find the key and the reply was not timely. Imagine you traveled to a foreign country for at least 8 hours, you’re tired, and wanted to settle in your Airbnb, but it felt like you were left on your own even if they know what time you were arriving. 4. I shared problems 1&2 with the host (Olivia) and she kept asking me to send photos via booking.com which I didn’t think was possible. I sent the photos via WhatsApp and she said she doesn’t have access to WhatsApp. :( 5. I wish the host would show a little bit of care just like my experience with other Airbnb hosts wherein they made sure you settled well in your place and they also offered real-time assistance via WhatsApp call especially when you are arriving. Would I recommend it? Honestly, no 🥹 It was not a pleasant experience. Too bad since the place was pretty. If they improve their customer service and show care, then maybe you can consider booking this property.

Car parking was good, room was new and very clean, instructions were a bit confusing but phone help was available
