The location is fantastic. The property is within easy walking distance of Roma Street railway station, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs. The view from the apartment is brilliant, looking straight along the Brisbane River. The apartment is comfortable, with a separate bathroom. The kitchenette in the studio apartment includes a microwave and a small refrigerator. The crockery and cutlery supplied were adequate.

The only downside to this property is the air conditioner, which is mounted at floor level. To prevent cool air from ponding along the floor, a ceiling fan would help cool the unit more efficiently. This unit does get the morning sun, and the window blinds are somewhat inadequate, not providing decent blackout or stopping the apartment from heating up above floor level. Apart from that, the apartment is excellent.

The shower was amazing; decent water pressure and plenty of space. Also the beds were extremely comfy and the view was nice.

Microwave could be a convection oven so guests could cook food easier. No kitchen sink to wash plates. Air conditioner struggled against the humidity and heat, possibly a newer model might be required.
